Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Reconstitute chopped chicken with warm water and set aside. Cook instant white rice according to directions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine reconstituted chopped chicken, green peas, instant rice, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Once combined, pour into to casserole dish.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Optional: top with fresh diced parsley for garnish.
